Donating is simple and takes only about 15-20 minutes:
1. Registration › 2. Mini-Physical Check (Weight/Hemoglobin) › 3. Donation › 4. Refreshments & Rest.

Myth: "Donating blood makes you weak." Reality: The fluid is replaced in 24 hours. You can resume daily work after a short rest.

Myth: "I am on common medication, I can't donate." Reality: Most medications don't prevent you from donating. Ask our medical officer during screening!

Hemoglobin: > 12.5 g/dL
Gap: 3 months since last donation
No Alcohol for 24 hours
